I could not understand the broken English this guy spoke. Repeatedly had to ask him to repeat what he said, so
I ended up hanging up and tried emailing coustomer support but they still did not help me.
Bad company to deal with.

Spoke with a person who didn't speak English, probably Pakistani or Indian. Just hung up after waiting too long.

Went to a company in India. He was very pleasant but couldn't understand what I was asking. I couldn't understand his broken english. He put me on hold and after 4-5 minutes I hung up. I called back later and told them I wanted an english speaking person and they sent me to a different call center in the US.
