6/23/2008 11:02:18 AM 3 1 No Went to a company in India. He was very pleasant but couldn't understand what I was asking. I couldn't understand his broken english. He put me on hold and after 4-5 minutes I hung up. I called back later and told them I wanted an english speaking person and they sent me to a different call center in the US.
