The agent was extremely helpful and compassionate to our family. He changed the ticket to her name without fees or penalties. Excellent customer service! I will only fly Southwest now.

5/16/2016 9:13:41 AM 0 0 No No matter what button I pushed, all I got was a series of commercials. Then, the computer hung up on me. I tried to send them email but they requires numbers that I don't have because I have not flown with them before and do not belong to their clubs.
