9/4/2015 12:43:48 PM 0 10 Yes Extremely rude, non-helpful, wanted personal info(of which I declined). Verizon has a problem and they know it, but I think they are in on the fraudulent activity to somehow recover loss ($$$) of inadequate business policy! Poor Management
