4/23/2008 6:26:54 PM 5 1 Yes fANTASTIC..wISHED MORE COMPANIES WOULD FOLLOW SUIT..Most Co. the w employees don't know what cusromer service is..Gerat job in the states we have been-Utah,Wyo.,NEBRASKA,Illinois,New Mexioc ,Texas,Arizona, Kentucky..and they have what you want and you don't have to jury rig the items
3/2/2008 10:02:16 PM 3 3   Ace Hardware folks are fairly easy to contact. After that they sound very much like a polite recording with 'I'm sorry' interjected at the end of every statement the customer makes. The folks one "gets to" are about as intelligent as a brick and "Customer No Service is their watchword. The first two people you speak with cannot answer the question, but promises they will "get-back-to-you" - or some one will call you within 48 hours regarding that matter. THEY and NO ONE will !
