3/7/2018 4:55:54 PM 1 180 No I called in the afternoon waited 2 hours and 5 min hung up called back at 11:30 pm waited 2 hours 56 min and still didn’t receive a live person went on line and they are sending some one out on March 22 nd so it is going to take 2 1/2 weeks to get my land line fixed so unacceptable I am going to be looking for a new provider I also have a nother land line at another address which I will also change I have had service with Verizon for over 40 years
