8/23/2016 1:14:11 PM 2 12 Yes Having worked in a call center where you work with the public, and some people can be assholes when calling in. My first 2 people I spoke with, were pretty rude, and non-caring After having explained the situation/reason for my call, they started taking information, then were like, "Oh, I need to get you to this department". After 2x, the 3rd guy came on the line, I was pretty rough on him, but he actually did more good than I've EVER had. He's checking on something as I'm on hold, but I know WHY I'm on hold. He's good.
