2/18/2016 9:39:29 AM 0 0 No Agent option is not available until caller gives REASON for wanting an agent -- which, once given, sends the caller back to the useless automated system. Your "keep hitting 0" doesn't work, either. Quite simply, you aren't going to get a human at USPS unless you go stand in front of their face at a brick & mortar.
