I called the local office telephone number and got the phone tree. I kept pressing "0" at regular intervals until I got a person who gave me the phone number of an actual person in our local office. She then gave me a direct number! |

Multiple prompts, even when calling emergency number for assistance. When your car is broken down ont he side of the interstate with cars whizzing past at 70 mph you shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops! |

Don't ever give them permission to withdraw payment from your credit card.Instead of giving me promised discount, they withdrew $20 more than my bill 2 months before it was due. When I called to complain did not get much sympathy. I'm no longer a customer. I'd rather change my own tires than deal with these people. |
