1/11/2009 1:08:01 PM 2 4 Yes Don't ever give them permission to withdraw payment from your credit card.Instead of giving me promised discount, they withdrew $20 more than my bill 2 months before it was due. When I called to complain did not get much sympathy. I'm no longer a customer. I'd rather change my own tires than deal with these people.
