I went through the usual prompts, then told this operator what my problem was. He said he would transfer me. I waited, and waited, and WAITED for an HOUR!!!
This is UNACCEPTABLE. After waiting for an hour, the stupid music stopped and I thought someone would answer, but I got cut off! NO ONE ANSWERED!
Their job is to be helpful, and they are NOT at all. |

Just what I needed to end the annoying machine answering machine. What a novel idea it would be to get back to humans answering the telephone. It would save a lot of consumer time. I guess business just don't care. |

What a fantastic concept. It has been astonishing to me to witness the steady decline in customer service in all sectors of human enterprise, and the continuing acceptance/endorsement by management/owners of this very bad behavior. It is disconcerting to attempt to rectify this problem, or to point out to those in the business who stand to be damaged by this bad business, only to find that these people are clueless or, indeed, perhaps the perpetrators of the same bellicose attitudes. Your service gives me some leverage when I speak to these supervisors. I will persist in my curmudgeonly crusade to insist on civil service. Thank you for another tool in this effort. I will mention your site to any business I switch to in pursuit of acceptable service (a lost concept?). |
